The Atlantic County Improvement Authority is offering $10,000 towards a buyers down payment and/or closing costs. This is a great program to increase home ownership in Atlantic County by helping overcoming down payment and closing costs obstacles. Although there are a number of restrictions.
Eligible Buyers:
- Have lived in Atlantic County for the past 12 months or are currently employed in Atlantic County
- Have not owned a home for 3 years
- Income below 80% of median income
