Over the past 10 years we have seen one of worse economic recessions in our country's history, the completion of the new 9th street bridge and causeway, hurricane super storm Sandy, new business openings, vacation rentals by owner, social media taking over, Ocean City as Americas number one family resort, Ocean City as America's happiest coastal town, and rebirth of new construction and the housing market!
