I wasn't sure if I was just being lazy but as I continued with going through the list, I kept going back to Adam. I can't recommend Adam enough, and I'm serious. Having bought and sold a few houses over the years, I can easily say that my experience with Adam D’Annunzio and his team exceeded all our expectations. Initially providing us the data to market our house even though we still had summer renters, worked to our advantage.
The pictures his photographer took put the house in the best possible position to attract potential buyers. Adam guided us through the offer and contract phase and kept us totally informed until the house was sold. We were thrilled at the final result, selling our house at $50,000 over asking price
