Set an appointment to talk the following morning, and by the afternoon he had done his research, met, and had a listing price and appointment for a professional photographer. Adam was on top of things every step of the way. The photography and marketing strategy was brilliant and was able to find the ideal buyer. He simplified a very stressful process and precluded a lot of my questions. Would highly recommend it to anyone needing a realtor who is personable, professional, and knows the market well.

This was both relevant in the sale of my home and the search for my new one. Alphabetically, Adam was the first name that popped up when I started my realtor search and I liked what I read. I wasn't sure if I was just being lazy but as I continued with going through the list, I kept going back to Adam. I can't recommend Adam enough, and I'm serious. I highly recommend Adam D’Annunzio and his team. First off I selected Adam because of a significant situation I had at my house he helped me with prior to my listing with him. I called him up, explained the situation, and he put me in touch with one of the firms he uses that specializes in resolving the issues i had. This firm immediately provided outstanding customer service. I hired them to do the work (which they did a fantastic, quality job with little to no unnecessary added stress) and I hired Adam as my trusted realtor partner to list the townhouse in Brigantine once the work was done. Even before listing, Adam touched base with me and made sure i was happy with the experience of the firm he suggested. As we got closer to the listing date we talked strategy. He made sure i was informed and engaged and comfortable each step of the way. We listed in the middle of first quarter of 2020. All was quiet locally at that time — and Adam was able to bring in a lot of traffic, exceeding my expectation. We ultimately got an offer which i accepted. Of course the local environment changed soon thereafter with the uncertainty stemming from COVID-19. I asked a lot of questions that realistically couldn’t be answered as the situation was so fluid. This was uncharted territory for me as the seller and for the whole transactional real estate process. And yet again, Adam kept me calm, informed and he and his team were always available. If I had to leave a voice mail at any point, i always knew that Adam or his associate would get back to me later that day. They offered me much needed peace of mind when that was needed. The good news is that the house successfully closed and I have moved on in my life.
