I help clients and families in real estate transactions across the country. When you’re buying or selling in areas you don’t know, it requires us to seek the proper representation. But how do you know who to trust? While buying a new property is exciting, you must make a smart investment out of it. You don’t want the excitement to cause you to make a poor financial decision.

Chances are we have already worked with someone in the area and can provide a great referral. If not, I can use my system to determine who the highly experienced agents are in that area and who the right person for the job is.

We can consult and network with the top agents across the country, narrowing them by real data, transaction histories or designations, and more. For example, the average agent only sells two to three houses per year. Is that who you really want to work with? You don’t want to rely on Zillow to get an accurate gauge of an agent’s track record. 

We know these agents well, and we can make the right recommendation. Once I set you up with an agent, I’m not going anywhere. I’ll be there to coach you and advise the agent as well, though they will be the local expert in areas I’m not
