Ocean Plaza
Right on the beach at 27th and Atlantic, Ocean Plaza is one of Longport's most recognizable oceanfront buildings, ocean out front, bay out back, and a pool that steps down to the sand.
Built in 1972, it holds 120 condominiums across seven floors and runs like a full-service building: a staffed lobby, two elevators, an oceanfront pool, covered parking, and storage for bikes and beach gear. Owners here are a mix of year-round residents and second-home buyers who want the beach without the upkeep of a house. And as of 2025, it's pet-friendly, still rare for a high-rise condo.
On the sand
Not a short walk. The pool deck steps to the beach and most units look straight at the Atlantic.
Ocean and bay
The building spans Atlantic Avenue to the bay, so many units catch sunrise over the water and sunset behind.
Pet-friendly
One of the few Longport high-rises that welcomes dogs and cats, a policy adopted in 2025.
