
We wanted to take a few moments to take a look back at 2019 and check out some of the success stories of our clients.
But first, we would be remiss if we did not start with a Thank You! We sincerely want to thank you for your continued support and we appreciate your business and referrals over the years.
Looking back over the last year, we were able to help a variety of clients. We are very fortunate to get to share the experience of buying or selling with our clients. Here are a select few of our favorite accomplishments and stories...
- We were able to help clients who wanted to sell their home, in order to purchase another.
- Helped clients referred to us by our wonderful lending partners and past clients.
- First time home buyers, some were even able to utilize the $10,000 NJ First Time Buyer Grant!
- We had clients who we never even met! We worked 100% remotely for them from the time of listing, to closing day!
- After their last agent failed them, we had clients who put their trust into us to get the job done!
- We also had numerous repeat clients, who we have helped in years past as well.
- Of course, we were able to help many families with their goal of owning a family vacation property!

- We had a client come to us, with one large goal in mind.. Their son, currently fighting a battle with cancer to have a home by the beach. We were able to quickly help them find a home that suited all of their needs, and help them fulfill their goal of allowing other families in similar situations to utilize their home.
- Another client sought out our Real Estate expertise because she wanted to return to Ocean City, NJ as an adult and share those same fun in the sun childhood memories she was able to make growing up with her family now.
- After searching for their dream family vacation home for more than a few years, this fall we were able to help one family achieve their dream purchase.
- Upon meeting with an elderly couple, who were both in poor health, we were able to work with their children and attorney to help them sell their home that was previously listed on the market with another agent, and did not sell. We Sold this home for full asking price!

- An extended family where the grand parents, children, and grand children all collectively agreed on a beach condo for the family!
