We took care of everything remotely so that the seller did not have to meet with us in Ocean City. We previewed the condo and discussed a competitively priced listing and strategy to come onto the market. Next, we then had a professional photographer come in to photograph the unit.

We adjusted marketing as needed, especially during the holidays...You can see a few of our social media posts above. We worked closely with the management company to get all of the questions answered that buyers had. We even arranged for the buyer to rent the condo to make sure it was a good fit before making an offer! The home inspection resulted in a minor defect that we were able to get resolved very quickly.
